Business Intelligence implementation: our approach
- Preparation: We create a tight plan of action and make all preparations such as an introduction day at your office, obtaining access to all systems, setting up project management tools and planning contact moments.
- Development: Our team of Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Data Scientists work together to create and configure the Data Platform, transform data and build data models. If necessary, our BI Consultants also build dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Validation: Using an extensive validation process, we ensure that the final version of data models and dashboards are accurate and error-free. We always do this in collaboration with our client.
- Go-live and Training: After completion, we launch the Data Platform and offer training so that your team can get started with future developments themselves.
- Support and Roadmap: After the launch, we continue to provide support that matches your needs and organize brainstorming sessions to explore the full potential of the Data Platform.
Agile Development
We use the Scrum model of the Agile methodology during the implementation phase and the Kanban model during the maintenance phase. With our Scrum implementation, we work in sprints, which allows for regular checks and adjustments to keep the project on track.
Each sprint includes
- Sprint Planning: Tasks for the sprint are identified and assigned.
- Sprint Days: Our consultants work on these tasks, starting each day with a progress update.
- Sprint Retrospective: Completed tasks are reviewed, feedback is taken and adjustments are made if necessary.
